Great Southern Homes, the nation’s 45th largest homebuilder headquartered in Irmo, SC, and FBC Mortgage, LLC of Orlando, Florida, one of the largest mortgage providers for the new home industry, have entered into a joint venture to form and launch Homeowners Mortgage, LLC, a new broker of home mortgage loans.
FBC Mortgage, LLC is a Top 20 National Mortgage Lender headquartered in Orlando, Florida. FBC is licensed in forty-eight states and has over 1,000 team members nationwide.
