Greater Irmo Chamber honors local leaders at Annual Gala

On Friday, March 6, 2020, the Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce honored outstanding Chamber partners at the 2020 Irmo Chamber Awards Night and Gala, presented by Steve Padgett’s Honda of Lake Murray, hosted by the Doubletree by Hilton.  Honorees included the 2020 Ambassador of the Year, Diplomat of the Year, Order of the Okra, Lifetime Achievement Award, Non-Profit of the Year, New Business of the Year and Small and Large Businesses of the Year.

“The Annual Gala is always a fun evening of fellowship and recognition of service to the Irmo Community.  It allows the Irmo Chamber to say thank you to those who go above and beyond,” says Kerry Powers, Greater Irmo Chamber President and CEO.

Chuck Wade, owner of Fully Promoted

This year, the Greater Irmo Chamber is privileged to present the prestigious Ambassador of the Year award to Chuck Wade, owner of Fully Promoted, a promotional marketing company in Irmo.

The Ambassador of the Year award is given to an individual in the community who has contributed to the growth of the community and the Greater Irmo Chamber through action and/or service. Past Ambassador of the Year winners include Congressman Joe Wilson, Rep. Chip Huggins and Barbara Willm with Lexington Medical Center.

“Chuck has been a dedicated supporter of the Irmo Chamber and the surrounding community for many years.  We are grateful to have Chuck and the Fully Promoted team right here in the thriving Irmo business community,” says 2020 Irmo Chamber Chairman, Alex Salmon with the Salmon Allstate Agency.
