Greenville Allstate Agents Hosting FREE Shred Day Event

GREENVILLE, SC – April 23, 2010 – An Identity Theft Shred Day,co-sponsored by the Shannon Harvey and Ann Thompson Allstate InsuranceAgencies and Shred A Way will be held on Friday, April 23 , 2010, from10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Harvey’s office, and from 2-5 p.m. at Thompson’soffice. The event is open to individuals who want to shred personal orbusiness information. Representatives of Allstate and Shred A Way willbe on hand to answer questions about protection from identity theft.
What: Free paper shredding event, co-sponsored bythe Shannon Harvey and Ann Thompson Allstate Insurance Agencies andShred A Way
Where: Shannon Harvey’s Office, 101Verdae Blvd., Suite 140, Greenville, SC 29607, from 10a.m. to 1 p.m., and Ann Thompson’s office, 151 Commons Way, Greenville,S.C., 29611, from 2-5 p.m. (Thompson’s office is located off WhitehorseRoad across from Walmart and directly behind The Radio Shack.)
When: Friday, April 23, 2010, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. atHarvey’s office, and 2-5 p.m. at Thompson’s Office
Why: To teach citizens how to anticipate andprotect themselves from potential identity theft, and offer them anopportunity to safely destroy unwanted papers that may include personalidentification, social security numbers, bank or credit cardinformation, or other personal information.
