Greenville Area Development Corporation Adds Terese Calhoun
December 18, 2011GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC – December 19, 2011 – The Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC), charged with promoting and enhancing quality of life in Greenville County by facilitating job growth and investment, has added Terese P. Calhoun as Administrative Assistant.
A native of Greenville, Ms. Calhoun has more than 20 years of experience in providing administrative and executive support in the retail, financial services and local government arenas. Most recently, she served in a variety of capacities with the City of Greenville, including as secretary to City Council and as both secretary and operations assistant with the City of Greenville Parks and Recreation department. She is a previous recipient of the Parks & Recreation Department’s City Ambassador Award, and is a graduate of Office Systems Technology Studies at Greenville Technical College.
In her new capacity with the economic development group, Ms. Calhoun will provide customer support to GADC prospects, allies and investors, while assisting the GADC team in research, marketing, operational and administrative capacities.
