Greenville Center for Creative Arts elects three new members to its 2019 Board of Directors
February 27, 2019The Greenville Center for Creative Arts announced it has elected three new board members to its 2019 Board of Directors. Directors shall be elected to a term of three (3) years and shall not be elected to more than two (2) consecutive terms.
The newly elected members include :
Anne Q. Barr serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Relations at Clemson University. Anne manages a team of development officers who serve as relationship managers for a significant portfolio of corporate and foundation partners. Anne’s primary focus areas include automotive engineering, packaging science/graphic communications, advanced materials, and STEM education.
Kenzie Biggins is the founder and managing partner of Worxbee LLC, a virtual executive assistant solution. Kenzie also serves on the Atlanta Speech School Board of Directors and Chair of the Board for The Links, Inc., Greenville (SC) Chapter as well as previously serving on ArtsATL Board of Directors.
Yvonne Julian worked in Research and Development, Sales and Marketing for The Dow Chemical Company for over 35 years. In retirement Yvonne continues as Board Chair of the African American Success Foundation (AASF), a grant making charitable foundation that supports PhD candidates studying African American achievement in the United States, and also joined Greenville Women Giving. Yvonne also recently served as a member of the 2018 GCCA Brandon Fellowship selection committee.

Returning members of the 2019 Board of Directors include: Randy Armstrong, Founder, Greenville Artist; Carrie Burns Brown, Founder, Greenville Artist; Elizabeth Fletcher, Vice President for Strategy and Business Development, Spartanburg Regional Health System; Jo Watson Hackl, Partner, The Wyche Firm; Julio Hernandez, Senior Associate Director for Hispanic Outreach, Clemson University; Clark Mickel, Technology & Innovation Strategist at Cadre Health; Tracy Ramseur, Senior Economic Development Project Manager / Economic Development, City of Greenville.
Greenville Center for Creative Arts is open six days per week and offers classes for children and adults, provides studio space for artists and hosts art gallery exhibitions. GCCA is located in the historic Brandon Mill at 101 Abney Street, Greenville, SC.
