Greenville Chamber announces staff optimization

The Greenville Chamber has optimized its team to better serve its Investors and Greater Greenville area businesses.
Dr. Cheryl Garrison has been promoted to Executive Director of the Greenville Chamber Foundation and Director of Talent, Education, and Leadership. Tami Miller had previously led the Leadership Development programs and will retire from her role in the Summer of 2023. Over the next year, Tami will continue to lead Leadership Greenville as well as guide the transition. In her new role, Cheryl will lead the Chamber’s Foundation and grow its impact and funding. She will also lead the Chamber’s Leadership Development programs as well as the Talent, Workforce and Education initiatives.
Tami first joined the Greenville Chamber in 2008. Prior to her tenure with the Chamber, Tami served in the education sector for more than two decades. Tami has received numerous awards, most notably being recognized with the Association of Leadership Programs’ prestigious Preceptor Award in 2018.
Rionne Ridgeway has been promoted to Senior Programs Manager for the Greenville Chamber Foundation and Leadership Development Programs. Rionne will work closely with Cheryl in support of the leadership development suite of services as well as in support of the Chamber’s Foundation.
Brittney Kessler has been promoted to Senior Engagement Manager. In this role, Brittney will focus on both acquisition and retention of Chamber Investors.
Elvia Pacheco will transition to Programs Manager. Elvia will support the Business Growth and Diversity and Economic Inclusion departments in developing innovative programming and initiatives.
