April 2, 2026New Trolley Route to Enhance Service Downtown
Redesign Prioritizes Access to Shops, Restaurants, Events
A new Main Street trolley route will begin May 1. The Greenville Transit Authority Board of Directors approved service enhancements to improve rider experience downtown including an updated trolley route, Route 910: Main Street.
“The update is part of our continued commitment to providing convenient, reliable, and customer-focused transportation options for residents and tourists,” said Greenlink Director James Keel.
Route 910: Main Street will replace the current Route 909: About Town, focusing trolley service directly along Greenville’s Main Street corridor.
“This redesign prioritizes access to downtown shops, restaurants, events, and attractions with a more efficient service model,” Keel said.
Two trolleys will be assigned to Route 910. Stops will be mid-block for quick hop-on, hop-off access to shops, events and attractions on Main Street, including Fluor Field. Continuous ten-minute service, without a fixed timetable, will result fewer waits and delays for customers.
Route 910 Service Schedule
- Friday: 5 to 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 1 to 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 to 8 p.m.
