Greenville County Redevelopment Authority announces board of directors & officers for 2018
December 6, 2017The Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) announced its 2018 board of directors appointed by the Greenville County Council. The board’s executive committee was elected in a recent board meeting and includes David Doser as Chair, Charlotte Osmer as Vice-Chair, and Jane Kizer as Treasurer. Barry Coleman and David Doser were re-appointed by the Greenville County Council to serve three-year terms, and Grant Cothran was recently appointed to the Board by County Council.

Newest board members: Douglas F. Dent and Grant Cothran
- David A. Doser (Chair) – vice president with Jennings-Dill, Inc.
- Charlotte Osmer (Vice-Chair) – attorney with South Carolina Legal Services
- Jane Kizer (Treasurer) – senior manager, Analytics & Reporting, with Charter Communications
- Grant Cothran – marketing and economic development with Norfolk Southern Corporation
The GCRA Board also recently appointed Douglas F. Dent, former General Counsel for the agency, as Interim Executive Director.

GCRA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for low and moderate income citizens of Greenville County by administering Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and developing community partnerships. GCRA takes a comprehensive approach to community revitalization by building new homes, rehabilitating existing homes, and strengthening the infrastructures of the communities, as well as providing credit and homeownership education programs. GCRA works throughout Greenville County, including Fountain Inn, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Travelers Rest.
