Greenville office building sells

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 200 Verdae Blvd. in Greenville, South Carolina.
The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), a SC nonprofit corporation, purchased the 70,600 square foot office building from ET III Greenville, LLC. NCEES will be relocating their headquarters from Clemson, SC to Greenville to better serve their employees and volunteer base.
