Greenville Theatre presents the spectacular new Broadway musical, Anastasia

Greenville Theatre invites you to join us “Once upon a December,” as we journey to the past with the spectacular new Broadway musical, Anastasia. This regional premiere kicks off Thursday, December 5, 2024.
Inspired by the hit animated film, audiences will be swept away to the Russian Revolution with a dashing conman, an ex-aristocrat, and an orphan named Anya as they look to solve the mystery of what happened to the Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov. Bring the whole family to witness this young woman’s journey to find home, love, and family, as she re-discovers who she was and embraces who she is meant to be. Directed by Ahsha Daniels, this magical cast is led by Adell Ehrhorn, Andrew Anderson, Townsend J. Pass, and John Tripp. The Musical Director is Victoria Bess Adams and Choreographer Katie Stewart.

Victoria Adams, Music Director and Katie Stewart, Choreographer lead with such grace and passion which carries us beautifully along the journey through song and dance”, says Ahsha Daniels. “There is something in this show for everyone as it follows Anastasia’s journey to identity, empowerment, growth, family and love.”
“The Ahrens, Flaherty, and McNally team created a beautiful show that touches on love, tragedy, and finding one’s place in the world. The score for this show is one of my favorites of all time! I cannot wait for audiences to experience the beauty of this production both in the performances and in what they will physically see. The costumes for this show, designed by Thomas Brooks, are the most intricately crafted I have ever seen on the Greenville Theatre stage, and I cannot wait for audiences to see them in person. I feel like a real-life princess every time I put them on!” says Adell Ehrhorn.
Tickets are now on sale to the public. Ticket prices for Anastasia are just $45, with Senior and Veteran rates of $43. Student rush tickets are also available on the day of the show for just $20 each with valid student identification. Anastasia has Thursday, Friday and Saturday night shows at 7:30pm on December 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20 & 21. Saturday matinees at 2:00pm December 14 & 21.
