Griffin Brokers Prime Commercial Corner

GREENVILLE, SC – June 16, 2011 – Mark Griffin of Langston Black Real Estate, Inc. recently brokered the sell of a prime commercial corner site located in Anderson County.  The 1.73+/- acre parcel is located at the corner of the Highway 28 Bypass/ Pearman Dairy Road and Business 29/ Sayre Street in the southern corridor of Anderson County. The parcel is also located across from McDonald’s and site of the new Lowe’s Home Improvement Center. Patricia Price from Anderson was the seller.  The buyer was Stop-A-Minit convenience stores out of Anderson. It was noted as representing one of the most significant corner transactions in Anderson County in recent years in terms of location and price per square foot.
