H. Mills Gallivan Elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel

Mills Gallivan has been elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). The FDCC is an international organization composed of leaders in the legal community. FDCC membership is an honor, as members have been judged by their peers to have achieved professional distinction, and are committed to promoting knowledge, professionalism, fellowship and the cause of justice. Prior to his election as Secretary-Treasurer, Gallivan served the FDCC as a Senior Director.
Gallivan has spent 38 years serving clients as a civil defense litigator in the areas of workplace practices, personal injury and commercial matters. He is now focusing a major portion of his practice on mediation while continuing to be a significant influence on Gallivan, White & Boyd’s litigation practices. Gallivan’s election to the position of Secretary-Treasurer of the FDCC continues his role as a leader in the community and the legal profession. His long list of service includes:
