Hampton Street Vineyard announces exciting fall menu collaboration with renowned chef Wes Fulmer

Hampton Street Vineyard announced an exclusive collaboration with acclaimed local chef Wes Fulmer for the launch of its highly anticipated fall menu. Chef Fulmer, formerly the long-time executive chef at Motor Supply Co. Bistro, brings his unique culinary vision and expertise to this partnership, promising an exciting seasonal dining experience.
“Everyone on our team is very excited to have Chef Wes partnering with the restaurant on our new fall menu and our restaurant operations. He’s extremely talented and knowledgeable and brings so much to the table here. Hampton Street Vineyard has long been a pillar in Columbia’s dining scene, known for its extensive wine list, refined yet approachable cuisine, and extraordinary wine-focused events. The restaurant aims to continue this legacy as the only French fine-dining restaurant in the Columbia, SC area. The new dinner menu is set to debut the second week of November, 2024.
For those eager to preview Chef Fulmer’s latest creations, Hampton Street Vineyard will host a special collaboration wine dinner showcasing select dishes from the new seasonal menu on Wednesday, October 23 at 6 p.m. This special evening will feature a four-course menu paired with wine selections curated by Columbia’s only advanced sommelier.
