Harbor Commercial Partners finds 13,200 SF flex building for Rock Spring Contracting

Harbor Commercial Partners announces that David Newman and Walter Reid, Jr. represented Rock Spring Contracting Charleston, LLC in the lease of 13,200 SF of flex space at 486 Wando Park Blvd, Unit B & C in Mt. Pleasant. This will be the contracting company’s newest location, among others in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Richmond, Virginia. Brunson Miller of Clement, Crawford, & Thornhill represented the landlord.
