Shannon Lhotsky’s role as Property Manager will entail the responsibility of overseeing day-to-day management and operations of various retail, office, industrial, and flex properties around Charleston and surrounding areas.

Shannon is an accomplished manager offering six years of professional experience, with a majority of her focus on commercial real estate. Her main goal is to protect and drive increased revenue to her clients’ assets by delivering cost-saving strategies and excellent customer service. Shannon has a natural talent for being a creative problem solver, strong communicator, positive relationship builder and leader.
