Harcourts Carolinas opens first office in Columbia’s Vista

The City of Columbia and Harcourts Carolinas are celebrating the grand opening of Harcourts’ first brick-and-mortar office in the Carolinas, located at 620 Gervais Street in The Vista.
Harcourts Carolinas has served the Columbia area for the past three years, and the new office marks a significant step in the company’s growth and long-term investment in the community.
Representatives from the City of Columbia’s Economic Development department will join Harcourts North America CEO Ben Brady and Harcourts Carolinas owners Tara Morawski, Chad Widtfeldt, and Justin Green for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Founded in 1889, Harcourts is the sixth-largest real estate brand in the world, operating in 11 countries. The company entered the North American market in 2012 and now has offices across five U.S. states, Canada, and the Carolinas—with Columbia serving as its first location in the region.
Harcourts offers both traditional real estate services and an in-house luxury auction platform, the only one of its kind in South Carolina. The auction model provides a transparent and results-driven sales process, particularly suited to Columbia’s growing luxury market.
The grand opening event will take place Friday, October 17.
