Hartness announces new estate homesites and groundbreaking on new estate homes
January 13, 2022Hartness announced the launch of new estate homesites and two estate homes planned to break ground in February. These latest residential offerings affirm Hartness’ vision for an artful assortment of homesites and homes of varying sizes and styles and complement the urban village’s opportunities for traditional single-family homes, quaint cottages and townhome-style residences. Diversity with harmony is achieved through the community’s steadfast commitment to careful craftmanship and quality building materials, which are hallmarks of every Hartness residence.
“Hartness is a special place, and we are excited to further appeal to a diverse range of homebuyers and match the demand for our legacy community with new ownership opportunities,” said Sean Hartness, CEO of Hartness Development. “The estate homesites are ideal for larger, highly- customizable homes and our architectural team will work closely with every owner to bring their dream home to life.”
With the addition of the new offering, Hartness currently features 13 estate homesites. Each one is ideally located next to the Nature Preserve and can accommodate luxurious features such as a swimming pool, multi-car garage and guest house. To build their custom estate home, buyers will partner with a Builder Guild member. Hartness proudly features homes crafted exclusively by Guild members, comprised of the Upstate’s finest custom home builders.
Presently, there are two estate homes under construction for 2022 offered by Milestone Custom Homes and Peery Homes. The spacious residences will showcase unique features such as an elevator, multi-car garage, sunroom, entertainment area, bonus room, office, and multiple entertainment spaces inside and out, including a covered porch, formal dining room, and an open kitchen and dining area.
Pricing for an estate homesite begins at $217,000. Contact [email protected] or 864-920-0375 to schedule an appointment with the Hartness sales team.
The Hartness community’s design adheres to the planning principles of New Urbanism and Town Planner Lew Oliver’s vision for Hartness was to return to the tenets of Traditional Neighborhood Development, whereby neighbors connect with each other through pedestrian connectivity, green spaces, and a mixed-use village center that offers entertainment and daily conveniences.
