Hartness announces opening of Home Site Reservations

Hartness announced they will be accepting reservations for their new community on Greenville’s east side beginning April 3rd. The reservation process will be ongoing until the lot selection event on April 29th.
“We are very excited to begin the process of offering lots to future residents,” said Sean Hartness, CEO of Hartness Real Estate. “The amount of initial interest in Hartness has been somewhat overwhelming, and has certainly reinforced our belief that the Upstate is eager to embrace a quality of community life currently not available to them.”
Reservations will be randomly drawn for personal appointment times to select sites on April 29th. From there, purchasers will pick from the Hartness exclusive builder’s guild and may begin construction of their residence as soon as this summer.
