Healthy Recipe of the Week – Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings

It’s tailgating time!
Easy enough for kids to make!
Ingredients:
- 10 fresh or thawed chicken wings (or 20 wing halves)
- ½ tsp. each Salt & pepper
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash and dry chicken wings.
- Place wings on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle each wing with a dusting of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until wings have crispy skin juices run clear.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle a pinch of grated cheese on each wing.
