Healthy Recipe of the Week – Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings

Easy enough for kids to make!

 Ingredients:

  • 10 fresh or thawed chicken wings (or 20 wing halves)
  • ½ tsp. each Salt & pepper
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry chicken wings.
  3. Place wings on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle each wing with a dusting of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until wings have crispy skin juices run clear.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle a pinch of grated cheese on each wing.
