Helen Butler Joins William Means Real Estate Agent Team

CHARLESTON, SC – Real estate agent Helen Butler has joined the William Means Real Estate team. A Charleston native, Butler has worked in real estate for more than 18 years, specializing in the sales and marketing of homes throughout the Lowcountry. She has thorough knowledge and experience in historic Charleston, James Island, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island, the Isle of Palms and Johns Island.

Butler has a true appreciation of architecture and preservation in the downtown neighborhoods. She and her husband received the Carolopolis Award from the Preservation Society of Charleston for their work in renovating a home in downtown Charleston’s Harleston Village.

Butler is on the board for the Charleston Top Producers’ Club, is an Accredited Buyer Representative and has earned the designation as a Realtor of Distinction year after year. She and her family live on James Island are members of the Country Club of Charleston and First Scots Presbyterian Church. Her son attends the College of Charleston and her daughter is a student at the University of South Carolina.
