HGTC to host Leadership Development session featuring CCU President James Winebrake

Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC)  will host a leadership development session featuring James Winebrake, president of Coastal Carolina University, on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, at 10 a.m. on the Conway Campus.

The session will be held in the Burroughs & Chapin Auditorium (Building 1100B) and is part of HGTC’s ongoing C2Lead Leadership Development Series, which provides professional growth opportunities for employees and community partners. 

President Winebrake will share insights from his leadership journey, offer guidance for professionals working in higher education and highlight current initiatives at Coastal Carolina University. The presentation is open to HGTC employees, CCU employees, and members of the community.
