High Spirits Hospitality adds Director of Event Sales

Katherine Brown has joined High Spirits Hospitality as its Director of Event Sales.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina , Brown brings more than a decade of work in the special event and wedding industry including time as the director of events for Top of the Hill’s Great Room in Chapel Hill, N.C., and a private wedding and event planner for Gather Together in Raleigh.

At High Spirits, Brown will primarily oversee the sales initiatives and managing the key accounts for event-related businesses like Liquid Catering, The Old Cigar Warehouse and High Spirits Events. She will be working closely with all of the company’s vendors and leading its knowledgeable sales team.

“Her experience with catering, venue management, corporate events and conceptual planning and design makes Katherine a great fit for High Spirits,” said Tammy Johnson, the company’s CEO. “Her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional customer service and passion for the hospitality industry are great assets.”
