Historic building in Charleston’s French Quarter changes hands

NAI Charleston announced that David Ingle and Whit Jones represented the seller, and Thomas Boulware, SIOR, CCIM represented the buyer in the transaction of 27 State Street. The ±7,877 SF historic building at the landmark corner of State and Queen Street was built in 1814 in the original walled city of Charles Town. The property consists of Anglin Smith Fine Art, a Bed & Breakfast, three apartment units, and an owner’s suite.
