Historic Office building sold in downtown Charleston
August 13, 2025Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer, CCIM, and Mac Wiseman of Harbor Commercial Partners, represented the Landlord, Three Broad Inc., in the $3.4 million sale of the 11,400 SF historic office building at 3 Broad Street in downtown Charleston. The new owner, Highland Park III LLC, closed on the property on August 5. The building has facades on both Broad Street and East Bay Street and is home to notable tenants, including Cleod Glass + Works and Charleston Rings.
