Holder Properties welcomes new tenants to River Oaks Center

Holder Properties, a privately held full-service commercial real estate developer, announced today that three companies have signed leases at its River Oaks Center office building located in North Charleston, SC.

CGI, an information technology and services company, leased space on the second floor and moved in this week.  Alex Irwin with Newmark Mark Frank represented CGI in this transaction.

Advance Insurance Management Solutions, a healthcare risk management group, will take occupancy in July.

Financial Engines, Inc., a portfolio wealth management company, will occupy space on the second floor in August.  JLL’s Ashley McArthur brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant.

“We are extremely proud to open River Oaks Center and welcome CGI, Advance Insurance Management Solutions, and Financial Engines, Inc. to the building,” said John Holder, Chairman and CEO of Holder Properties.  River Oaks Center opened earlier this year and has class “A” office space available for lease. The building’s efficient floor plates, measuring approximately 25,000 square feet, provide flexibility for multi-tenant or single-tenant users.

Holder Properties has played a prominent role in the Charleston real estate market by developing 10 projects in the last decade, with notable recent projects including 1 Central Island Plaza and Blackbaud’s new corporate campus.  The company has developed in Charleston over 810,000 square feet of Class “A” office space valued in excess of $200 million.  River Oaks is the fifth office development for Holder Properties in the Executive Park at Faber Place.
