We started our company to publish a newspaper.
New options came along and we now publish:
• Two newspapers in two counties.
• Business books and books for our clients.
• Special geographic guide magazines.
• Targeted demographic publications.
(All of these are digital as well as print.)
• Arrange fundraisers for charity.
• Sponsor seminars and a Master Mind group.

Technology will give you more options.
Charting your own career destiny is liberating.
But your ideas must produce income.
That’s author Dorie Clark’s timely advice.
Dorie’s new book is “Entrepreneurial You.”
She offers 88 questions and ideas to help you:
• Develop concrete strategies.
• Grow your entrepreneurial ideas.
• Establish multiple revenue streams.
• Build the career and lifestyle you want.
All are drawn from her book.

You can access 400 free articles at dorieclark.com.
Pick and choose between her ideas and strategies.
You don’t need to do all of them to be successful.
Find those that best fit your business.
Your most important part is taking the first step.
Here are a few to get you started.

Produce your own Income Stream Audit.
1. List where your income comes from.
How do you make money now?
Is it consulting, selling products or services, etc.?
2. What percent of income does it comprise?
(For instance, consulting 20%, product sales 80%)
3. How can you diversify your revenue?
Should you spend time growing current accounts?
Or spend more time developing new business?
Consider where you might expand strategically.
Identify the top one or two most promising ideas.
