HR Experts On Demand changes ownership

One of Upstate South Carolina’s most respected and well known human resources executives, Jennifer Floyd, has purchased HR Experts On Demand from its founder Jill Vales. The sale became effective on October 17, 2017.
Established in 2006 in Greenville, S.C. as a business unit of JMV Management Services, LLC, HR Experts On Demand is a human resources management and consulting firm offering a wide variety of HR management, recruiting, training and consulting services to small businesses, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and HR departments of large companies. Services include HR best practices and legal compliance audits, employee relations, employee handbooks, recruiting, job descriptions, performance appraisals, compensation studies, salary ranges and supervisory training. The firm also provides outsourced HR Director On Call services.
Floyd has more than 20 years of human resource management experience, serving in senior HR capacities with MidCountry Financial Corp., ScanSource and Canal Insurance. She holds nationally recognized SPHR and SHRM-SCP senior level certifications.

Floyd says she intends to place greater emphasis on organizational development, HR strategy and management, and leadership training services. One of her first priorities is to develop a new mobile website for the firm.
The sale of HR Experts On Demand allows Vales to devote all of her attention on CFO Services On Demand, the second business unit of JMV Management Services, which also started in 2006. That business provides finance and accounting management and consulting services to small businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
