HUB International purchases Midlands-based Clarke & Company Benefits

HUB International, a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, recently announced the purchase of Clarke & Company Benefits. Headquartered in Columbia, this acquisition follows recent Midlands acquisitions of the Sadler Insurance Agency and Creative Financial Strategies.

Clarke & Company Benefits is a leading benefits broker with offices in Greenville and Florence in addition to Columbia which enhances HUB’s statewide and regional team, especially the Midlands.
