Hunter Quinn Homes names new Charleston division President

Hunter Quinn Homes, the Lowcountry’s largest locally owned home builder, announced the promotion of Chris Counts to President of its Charleston division. Previously serving as President of the company’s Build On Your Lot program, Home Sights, Chris will now oversee the strategic growth and operations of the Charleston division, ensuring the continued success and exceptional quality that Hunter Quinn Homes is known for.
A Charleston native, Chris attended Bishop England High School and earned a B.S. degree in Management from Lander University. He also holds a Construction Management Degree from Trident. Prior to joining Hunter Quinn Homes, Chris spent 17 years at Sabal Homes and Toll Brothers, where he honed his expertise in new construction, including scattered lot and build-on-your-lot homes.
In addition to his extensive home-building experience, Chris has a background in the mortgage business and real estate sales. This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, making him a valuable asset to the Hunter Quinn Homes team.
