Ian J. Webster joins Colliers International as an industrial specialist

Colliers International | South Carolina announced that Ian J. Webster has joined the firm’s Charleston office as a Brokerage Associate, specializing in industrial tenant and landlord representation.
“Ian will work alongside his clients and Colliers colleagues as a team member, fitting right in with one of our core values: collaboration,” said Jim Garrett, Market President of Colliers International in Charleston. “We are excited to have him join Colliers and he will help us continue to elevate our platform in this market and beyond.”
Webster has been in the real estate industry since 2016, first in Fredericksburg, Virginia before moving to Charleston. He is currently working toward earning both his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and a SIOR (SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®) designations.

Webster has three years of experience orchestrating real estate transactions in various product types including flex, office, retail and investment properties; at Colliers, he will focus on industrial properties and will continue to hone in on his expertise in the manufacturing and distribution property realm.
