ICA Engineering Welcomes New SC Regional Manager

COLUMBIA, SC – ICA Engineering, Inc. (ICA Eng) announced that industry professional Charles R. Bellmann, PE (Randy) has joined the firm’s Columbia, SC office as the South Carolina Regional Manager. In this role, Bellmann will manage the Columbia and Greenville offices and work closely with ICA Eng’s senior management and leadership team to promote ICA Eng’s overall success throughout South Carolina.

Bellmann has more than 25 years of transportation engineering and program management experience. He joins ICA Eng from Atkins North America where he most recently served as Associate Vice President. Bellmann earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Augusta State University.
Continuing the growth of ICA Engineering’s integrated platform of services, today’s announcement comes on the heels of the firm’s win of the program management for the Richland County Penny Sales Tax. The former South Carolina Regional Manager, David Beaty, has transitioned to lead the Program Management division of ICA Eng and will oversee the Program Management for Richland County’s Penny Sales Tax Program.
