Infinity Marketing promotes four team members to new Business Services positions

Infinity Marketing, a full-service marketing agency in the Upstate, announces the promotion of four team members in the Business Services Department. These professionals include Elaine Hartigan, Billing Services Supervisor; Andrea Hardyman, Media Billing Lead; Charmaine Fuller, Accounting Coordinator; and Anna Traver, HR Coordinator.
“We are excited for these women to take the next step in their careers through new positions,” said John Fuhler, Vice President of Business Services. “Each of these individuals brings something unique to the table, and it has been a privilege to see them excel within the agency.”
Elaine Hartigan is a key team member as she creates policies and procedures for the department and handles production invoicing to clients, accounts payable, accounts receivable, database updates and software maintenance. Now as Billing Services Supervisor, she leadership insight and steps into a supervisory role within the team. Hartigan has a degree in marketing from Michigan State University and has been with Infinity since 2008.
Andrea Hardyman is bringing her experience as a Media Billing Specialist to her new position as Media Billing Lead, where she generates all media invoices and handles a variety of business functions. Hardyman earned her degree in office administration from Bob Jones University and worked at Ryan’s Corporate Offices for 10 years prior before joining the Infinity team in 2006.
Charmaine Fuller currently coordinates vendor invoice processing and reporting, prepares client estimates and vendor purchase orders and maintains vendor relationships. Now as Accounting Coordinator, her position has expanded across all departments as she steps into a role of supporting all accounting needs within the agency. Fuller has a degree in communications from College of Charleston and has prior experience working with companies such as Attache and US Airways.
Anna Traver has been promoted from her role as Office Coordinator to HR Coordinator. In this new position, she will take a more significant role with regards to recruitment, benefits, and other HR responsibilities, as well as continuing her leadership of the agency’s internship program along with her administrative responsibilities. Traver graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in business and joined the Infinity team in 2017. She has been an integral part of the agency’s office coordination.
