Inspired Communities Announces New Members to Sales Team

COLUMBIA, SC – April 23, 2009 – Inspired Communities is proud to announce 4 exciting new additions to its sales team.  This spring has been a busy one for Inspired Communities, including numerous sales in all 8 of its communities as well as extending opportunities to four individuals to join its sales team.  The newest sales associates include Frances Limehouse, Judy Wyatt, Mary Beth Jones & Brenda Ciaccio.

Frances Limehouse is the new community manager for Hampton Forest.  Frances was most recently in general brokerage with ARI Realty. She was also with DR Horton for 7 years and has been in real estate for a total of 10 years.

Mary Beth Jones is the new Community Manger at The Battery at Arsenal Hill.  Mary Beth has previous experience in the real estate industry and comes to us most recently from Mungo Homes.

Brenda Ciaccio was previously a top producer at KB HOME.  Upon joining the Inspired team, she will be assisting in sales at The Battery at Arsenal Hill (downtown Columbia) and Saluda Springs (Lexington).

Both of the Inspired Communities Southeast Columbia communities, Hampton Forest and Pennington Square will have the assistance of Judy Wyatt.  Judy has a real estate background as well as a tremendously varied background in state health education issues and education administration.  She has amassed a large circle of influence and we are excited about the networking potential she brings to our team.

We are delighted to have these 4 experienced real estate professionals representing Inspired Communitiessm.    Already members of the team are Gope Jones, Greg Moorer and Krystal Etheridge.  The Inspired Sales Team is led by Mimi O’Hara – Director of Sales & Marketing for Inspired Communitiessm.
