It’s Finally Friday! Event Features Classic Cars and Elvis Impersonator

Main Street Laurens’ popular summer series, It’s Finally Friday!, continues to bring excitement to the Courthouse Plaza on the Square every week. Sponsored by PRTC, this series features a rotating line-up of engaging events and performers, ensuring there’s always something new for attendees to enjoy.
This Friday promises to be particularly special with the Friday Night Fenders and Headlights event, sponsored by Nucor. Car enthusiasts from around the Upstate will converge on the plaza to showcase their classic cars. Registration for the event is free, and participants stand a chance to win gift cards for local businesses, plaques, and, of course, earn coveted bragging rights in this inaugural competition. The winners will be awarded plaques in the following categories:
- Best of Show
- Best Car
- Best Truck
- Best Motorcycle
- Best Lifted
- Best Street Rod
- Best Rat Rod

Adding to the evening’s entertainment, Young Elvis, a renowned Elvis impersonator, will take the stage at 6:00 pm to serenade the crowd with timeless hits.
