Jaillette joins SCATCC as Executive Director

GREENVILLE, SC – The South Carolina Association of Technical College Commissioners (SCATCC) has hired Ashley Jaillette as the organization’s executive director, responsible for serving trustees and expanding awareness of colleges in the South Carolina Technical College System.

A native of upstate South Carolina and Clemson University graduate, Jaillette has spent the last ten years in marketing and client development roles for South Carolina law firms Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd and McAngus Goudelock & Courie. She previously served as an aide to Senator Lindsey Graham and as the director of health and safety for the Oconee Chapter of the American Red Cross. A Columbia resident, she is active in the community, serving as a board member with the Junior League and as a volunteer with St. John’s Episcopal Church.

The purpose of the South Carolina Association of Technical College Commissioners is to provide education and orientation for area commissioners from colleges in the South Carolina Technical College System, to communicate with commissioners on issues affecting South Carolina’s two-year colleges, and to advocate for colleges in the system at the local, state, and national levels.
