Jake Nidiffer and Braden Shockley named Partners in Trinity Partners Columbia office

Trinity Partners Columbia announced that Jake Nidiffer and Braden Shockley have been named Partners of the firm’s Columbia office.

Jake Nidiffer specializes in tenant and landlord representation, concentrating on the flex and industrial assets throughout South Carolina. Nidiffer’s capabilities do not stop at the loading dock and continue to be recognized for the transaction volume produced across several commercial real estate classes. Jake delivers tailored solutions to every client supported by deep market knowledge and data-driven insights. Through his production and commitment to deliver the best service possible, he has earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. Jake is a fierce outdoorsman and loves to share that passion with his family and anyone who will tag along. Braden Shockley specializes in commercial land and investment transactions, advising developers, owners and investors on site selection, development and disposition. Braden has been consistently recognized for production, leadership, and community service due to his ongoing efforts to deliver best in class service in every aspect of his career. Braden’s approach reflects a belief that lasting partnerships are built through responsiveness, transparency and results.
