Jamie Bellemare
With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Jamie Bellemare brings a strong foundation in customer service, strategy, and teamwork to his real estate career. Before joining Coldwell Banker Caine, he spent more than two decades in the telecommunications industry, advancing from a frontline role into senior leadership. That journey instilled in him the value of listening, building trust, and leading with integrity—principles that now define his approach to guiding clients through every stage of buying or selling a home. Originally from Tampa Bay, Bellemare relocated to Greenville several years ago and quickly fell in love with the Upstate’s welcoming community, natural beauty, and vibrance.
Mark Vehorn
Mark Vehorn joins Coldwell Banker Caine after a diverse career spanning horticulture, hospitality, and sales—each of which sharpened his ability to connect with people, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges. Having lived and worked across the country, he has returned to the Upstate, where family, community, and a love of the outdoors drew him back. From managing fast-paced hospitality environments in Colorado to operating his own horticulture business in California, Vehorn brings creativity, patience, and a genuine care for people to his work in real estate.
