Jamon Meredith’s Upstate Offensive Lineman Academy moving date and location
June 25, 2015GREENVILLE, SC – Due to a scheduling conflict with the Tennessee Titans, former Hillcrest and University of South Carolina star Jamon Meredith and the Wyatt Sports Academy is moving the Upstate Offensive Lineman Academy to Saturday, July 25 at Hillcrest High School.
Thanks to the combined efforts of Meredith and the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame, the cost of the camp has been cut to $25. There are still scholarships available for individual campers who need assistance. Donations for scholarships can be made at www.wyattacademy.com.
For those who had pre-registered, Jamon Meredith is contacting each of them personally and is offering extra individual training sessions with them in addition to their entrance to the camp in July.
What: The Upstate Offensive Lineman Football Academy is geared toward offensive lineman who are playing football as rising 8th graders to rising seniors. We will start with the basics and work through the techniques and take the group as far as they want to go given the time allotted so all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
When: Saturday July 25, 2015. Check-in begins at 8 a.m., and the event goes until noon. Lunch will be provided after instruction is completed.

Who: Jamon Meredith is a product of Hillcrest High School, who then played collegiately at the University of South Carolina. A three-year starter for the Gamecocks, Meredith was drafted in the fifth round of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He has played in more than 50 games in the NFL as an offensive lineman including having started games with the Buffalo Bills, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and currently with the Tennessee Titans where he started three games in the 2014 season.
The Wyatt Sports Academy(WSA) is a division of Wyatt Sports, LLC, where it specializes in individual and group position training from beginners to pro, as well as managing various youth football camps for former and current high profile professional football players. Why: Meredith and a select group of coaches with college and professional pedigrees will work with athletes on fine tuning aspects of their pass blocking and run block techniques.
