With 18 years of experience and lifelong roots in the Upstate, Elgin is known for her patient, honest approach and her ability to help clients—especially first-time homebuyers—navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
Elgin began her real estate career as a leasing agent, where she discovered how much she enjoyed helping people find a place to call home—work that has shaped her client-first approach for nearly two decades.
Elgin holds several professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), VA Loan Certification, New Home Sales Consultant, and Residential Building Certification. She continues to invest in ongoing education to better serve buyers and sellers across a wide range of needs, from first homes to more complex transactions.
