Develop your own Master Mind

A Master Mind group can be a difference maker.
You will bring like-minded people together.
They can be those who work your same niche.
They provide complimentary products and services.
You share a knowledge of each others’ clients.
You can work together to help these clients.

You might work with those in other niches.
They might be business owners and entrepreneurs.
They might be in sales and sales management.
Small, medium or large businesses and industry.
Whoever they are, you should have much in common.
Master Mind membership isn’t for everybody.
It’s an exclusive opportunity for those you pick.
What you are offering them is truly unique.
This will take businesses to higher levels.
It can make the difference in success and failure.

First, start a list of those you want to join you.
Pick a time and day that will work for you.
It should be a time when they can meet with you.
Pick a place to meet privately with each other.
It might be your own conference room.
It might be a private room in a hotel or restaurant.
Privacy is essential for the group to succeed.
Confidential information will be shared.
It is a good idea for all of you to sign an agreement.
Everyone must respect confidentiality.

Next, arrange for an introductory meeting.
Make your invitations in person if possible.
Failing that, invite them with a personal call.
Follow up with mail and email reminders.
Share with them why they should participate.
Two issues will be on the table:
• Their challenges that keep them awake at night.
All of you will come up with solutions.
• Their opportunities they are considering.
They need the calm assessment of others.
