JHS Architecture Hires Project Manager

COLUMBIA, SC – Christopher Dougan, CSI, CDT, has joined JHS Architecture Integrated Design as a Project Manager. Chris brings over 15 years of design experience. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. and a member of CSI and the Columbia Revit Users Group Steering committee.

Chris has experience in a wide range of architectural building types including educational, governmental, ecclesiastical, commercial, industrial, municipal, hospitality, recreational design, and historic renovations. He is currently working on the design of the Mount Holly Apartments, Langtree Apartments, Northpoint Boulevard Warehouse, Primal Brewery, Kilted Buffalo Brewery, Climatic Development Customer Service Center Office renovation, Charleston Federal Courthouse Annex (Ceiling Repair), the Billy Graham Library (Vault Addition) and the Cardinal Newman High School.

JHS Architecture: Integrated Design, Inc. is a full service design and planning organization offering in-house architectural, planning, interior design, as well as mechanical / plumbing and fire protection engineering services.

 

 

JHS is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, and has an active practice in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. The firm is organized around four primary teams, each specializing in specific project types: educational, housing, commercial and healthcare. In addition, there are two support teams providing services to the firm as a whole in the areas of mechanical engineering and interior design.  Each team is headed by a Principal of the firm with each having at least twenty-five years’ experience in their field. The company is specifically organized such that a Principal of the firm is responsible for each project and is involved in the administration and design of the project from programming through construction.
