Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has announced its top agents for January.
In the Greenville office, the top agents for listings sold were Taylor Mitchell, Lane Robbat and Michael McGreevey, and the top agents for closing transactions for buyer clients were Matt Nocks and Morgan Coleman. In the Clemson office, the top agent for listings solid was Amy Hammond.
Mitchell earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from University of South Carolina, and taught first grade at a Title I school for two years. She got her start with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as an executive assistant, but began serving clients on her own in 2021.
Robbat earned a registered nurse degree in Colorado, but made the jump to become a licensed real estate professional in 2002, shortly following a move to Tryon, North Carolina. In 2019, she joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. Robbat is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS, as well as the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS.
McGreevey entered the real estate industry in Atlanta in 2006. He grew his business annually every year, including through the 2009 recession. He attained Top Producer status over the last seven years. McGreevey joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019 and became a member of the President’s Circle for doing over $5 million in volume.
A Greenville native, Nocks earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Mars Hill University before going on to attend Furman University to earn a second degree in Health and Exercise Science Education. He has taught elementary Physical Education since 2007, and joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019. Nocks became a member of the President’s Circle in 2020, and earned the Most Improved Award for achieving the highest increase in sales percentage.
Also a Greenville native, Coleman graduated from Clemson University where she was a member of the varsity women’s soccer team. She has spent years coaching soccer on a club level and as an NCAA Division I coach for Clemson. She joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020 and was named Rookie of the Year for that year.
Hammond earned her Real Estate Broker license from Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in 1996. In 2020, Hammond became a member of the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Circle.
