Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top Associates for April.
In the Greenville office, the top Associates for listings sold were Patrick Furman, Matt Nocks, and Grace Herlong Loveless, and the top Associates for transactions closed for buyer clients were Morgan Coleman and Alexis Furman. In the Clemson office, the top Associates for listings sold were Diane Bostrom and Amy Hammond, and the top Associates for transactions closed for buyer clients were Bostrom and Lisa Vogel.
Born in Greenville, Loveless joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017 after a career in luxury automotives. In her first year, she sold more than $9 million and was named the company’s Rookie of the Year. She became a member of the President’s Circle, which is for Associates who did more than $5 million in sales, and the Chairman’s Circle, which is for Associates who did more than $10 million in sales, in 2021 and 2022.
Coleman was named Rookie of the Year in 2020; won the Most Improved Award 2021; and the Skyrocket Award in 2021. She brings a lifelong passion for real estate to every transaction she handles at Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty.
A New York native, Patrick Furman spent fifteen years working in the title sector of real estate and owned a regional title search and property research company for the last eight of those years. Furman is also a part of the Furman Group. He has been a member of the President’s Circle for the past three years.
Another member of The Furman Group, Nocks joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019 and has been a great team player and coach to other Associates. In 2021, he became a member of the President’s Circle and received the Most Improved Award. In 2022, he again earned a President’s Circle honor.
Alexis Furman, another Greenville native, earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson and went on to earn her master’s degree in liberal arts and history. She joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 and, in 2020, became a member of the Chairman’s Circle.
Bostrom has been with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty since April 2021 and she became a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2021, and the President’s Circle in 2022. She is committed to her clients and making sure they get the best service each time.
Hammond is one of the top real estate professionals in the Lakes Region and leader at Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. She was a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2020; and in 2021, she earned the Skyrocket Award ; became a member of the President’s Circle; was a Top Producer; and was the Clemson office MVP.
Before Vogel joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, she was in the top 5% of agents at different brokerages and a member of the firm’s President’s Circle Society. Prior to that, she was the Broker-in-Charge for one of the largest North Carolina real estate companies. In 2022, Vogel had the largest sale for anyone in the Clemson office.
