Giving Back

 

Midlands nonprofits can now register to participate in the third annual Midlands Gives, May 3, 2016, presented by Central Carolina Community Foundation, at https://midlandsgives.org.

New this year:

• More CCCF-funded bonus pools, prizes and matching gifts
• Expanded social media and online marketing training for participating nonprofits
• CCCF’s Corporate Philanthropy Champion program, which allows local businesses to get involved in Midlands Gives through sponsorships of prizes, bonus pools, etc.

The deadline for nonprofits to register for Midlands Gives is Feb. 29, 2016.

Any 501 (c)(3) in good standing with the IRS, and a local office in one of the 11 Midlands counties the Foundation serves, is eligible to participate in Midlands Gives.

Last year’s Midlands Gives raised more than $1.5 million for 250+ Midlands nonprofits. (See a cool infographic on 2015’s success: http://www.yourfoundation.org/community-impact/midlands-gives).
