On May 6, 2014, Central Carolina Community Foundation will present the Midlands’ first regional day of giving. Midlands Gives will bring the region together as one community, raising as much money and awareness as possible for Midlands nonprofits during the 24-hour online giving challenge.
Contributions for Midlands Gives will benefit your favorite causes and organizations right here in the Midlands. A gift to any of the participating nonprofit organizations in the Foundation’s 11-county service area will go further on May 6 thanks to generous sponsors and contributors who are providing prize incentives and local and national bonus pools.
Midlands Gives is part of a national effort called Give Local America to encourage people to make gifts that support vital causes in their own communities.
