🏡 What You’ll Do:
• Play a vital role in overseeing all major functions of housing occupancy management including housing and billing processes, creation of applications and forms, and housing selection processes
• Assist with summer housing operations logistics and fall early arrival logistics
• Market Housing and Residential Life program and branding across web, print, social media and materials
• Support students and families with top-tier customer service
• Prepare and maintains accurate occupancy records, reports, and procedures for university housing
• Provide support during university large-scale events and department/division wide events (orientation/OAR, Fab Fridays, Open House, tours)
• Analyze data to drive housing strategy and reporting
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in college housing or a related area.
• Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative, student-centered mindset.
