Clinical Director

Tidelands Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest level of patient-centered care. What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a clinical team of 35 Clinical Staff.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance evaluations, and day-to-day clinical operations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, community partners, and the hospice leadership team.
• Provide occasional on-call after hours and weekend patient care
• Provide weekend support as part of leadership backup rotation.

Qualifications:

• Current SC RN license
• 2+ years hospice, home health, or palliative care experience
• 2+ years management or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, empathy, and leadership skills
• Belief in the hospice mission and a team-first mindset
• Willingness to support on-call after hours and weekend patient and leadership needs.
