Prime & Prim Studio of the Arts is an elite Cultural Incubator for models, dancers, and creative professionals seeking to take their careers to the next level. Through our High Water Initiative, we provide the technical lab and character-driven foundation (based on the Brookland Six Pillars) required for individuals to master the fashion, entertainment, and business industries.

As a forward-thinking, fast-paced company, we are seeking a Fashion House Coordinator with an elite understanding of the modern aesthetic to ensure the creative development of our brand. You will lead our 2026 image redesign, bringing a creative eye for fashion and styling to our vibrant and passionate team.

Responsibilities
-Aesthetic Architecture: Organize the fashion house, high-stakes fashion shows, and exclusive High Water shoots to ensure a unified visual narrative.
-Styling Leadership: Provide elite styling assistance and prep clothing—including steaming, packing, and organizing—prior to sessions in the Door Studio.
-High Water Content (Reels): Collaborate with photographers and the Media Production team to ensure all digital assets and Reels reflect the initiative’s industrial aesthetic.
-Logistics Coordination: Manage the movement of clothing and accessory samples, ensuring seamless transitions between the studio and external partners.
-Media Diplomacy: Liaise with public relations agencies and assist fashion editors by logging credits for editorial stories and writing for “High Water” publications.
-Model Management & Mentorship: Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and assessment of potential models to ensure they meet “Industry-Ready” standards.
-Performance Stewardship: Supervise daily operations and perform monthly model evaluations to ensure adherence to strict appearance, wellness, and fitness standards.
-Training & Development: Host intensive bootcamp sessions and provide specialized training courses for new models to align them with the High Water mission.
-Brand Advocacy: Properly coordinate advertising and marketing activities for all models to maximize their professional visibility.
