The Laurens County Disabilities & Special Needs Board is hiring for the position of Human Resource Generalist.
Responsibilities:
Under the limited supervision of the Human Resource Director, the Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the human resource and employee training functions. The Human Resource Generalist will be the point of contact for all applicant and employee questions or concerns. Responsible for systems setup, systems data entry, HR billing, and employment/wage verifications.
Requirements:
High School Diploma and 5 years experience and/or Associates Degree and 2 years experience in Business Administration, Human Resources and/or a related field of study. Experience in Human Resources, Billing, Payroll Data Entry, and Employee Benefits is preferred.
Work Schedule:
1st shift, 40 hours per week, 8am – 4pm.
Entry Level: $16.45/hour
