Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management: Recruit, screen, interview, and select top talent based on business needs
- Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently filled roles
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for and connect with talent to meet evolving client needs
- Job Post Management: Oversee job postings on active job boards and ensure a steady flow of candidates
- Market Adaptability: Adjust sourcing tools and strategies in real-time based on market insights
- Onboarding Administration: Verify new hire paperwork, conduct background checks, and coordinate onboarding steps
- Client Support: Assist with identifying new business leads and customer relationship management
- Data Management: Track and report relevant data in HRIS tools for effective reporting
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing education led by our internal Training and Development team
What We’re Looking For:
- Education/Experience: 4-year degree preferred; relevant experience, especially in staffing or recruiting, is a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Team Spirit: High energy, a positive outlook, and a love for supporting a close-knit team
